Meet the Leadership Behind AI-Driven Operational Excellence

Mike Lomman - Founder

Mike Lomman is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record of growing companies from startup to enterprise. His journey began as an operations manager at an engineering firm, where he not only drove a tenfold increase in revenue but also streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Mike then transitioned to lead a consulting firm through the financial crisis, demonstrating his ability to maintain stability and achieve growth even in adverse economic conditions. His expertise extends to the mining industry, where he design, built and ran the Roy Hill production supply chain through the Remote Operations Centre, the maintenance supply chain, business improvement and operations reporting. 

Currently, Mike helps businesses navigate growth challenges with strategy and operational improvements. His extensive experience across various industries underscores his ability to guide companies from startup to scale-up, ensuring sustainable growth and resilience.

With OpsAdvisor, Mike saw an opportunity to combine his wealth of knowledge and experience with AI to support small to medium sized businesses.

Wayne Morris

Mentor, company adviser, investor.

Wayne Morris is a successful businessperson experienced in strategy, leadership, marketing, sales and technology.  He was founding CEO of myDIALS, a business intelligence software startup which exited successfully through acquisition, and was CEO of Citect, a global software company headquartered in Sydney, Australia which grew significantly under his leadership and was acquired by Schneider Electric.

Wayne was the Microsoft executive leading worldwide marketing for business software and has also been the CMO of BMC Software in Houston and McDATA in Colorado, as well as CMO of Enterprise Software and Skytap, two venture-backed startup companies.

He is the author of “Fair Dinkum Business” which outlines his learnings and experiences in starting, leading and growing successful businesses.  He is a board member for HIplan and Germinate, that are located in Hawaii and are building community and supporting startup companies in Agritech and Aquatech. He is an advisor to Startup Hawaii and was previously a mentor for Boots to Shoes in Seattle.  He has spoken at many technology conferences and holds a BSc (Computer Science) from Queensland University, Australia.

Marty Keetels

Marty is a dynamic commercial leader with extensive experience growing companies across the technology industry. Marty began his corporate career as an in-house commercial counsel with a global Japanese technology company before being appointed to lead its autonomous robotics business. He then began his own entrepreneurial journey, founding and building a significant events company. The business specialised in the creation of events and brands in the burgeoning craft beer, cider and spirits sector. It also pioneered the use of innovative technologies to make event day experiences more enjoyable. 
 
More recently, Marty has been successfully leading high growth commercial teams in the mining and metals technology sector in which he is recognised as a GTM leader. Blending his legal acumen with a passion for marketing and revenue generation strategy, Marty has been a contributor to the successful raising of venture and strategic corporate capital at the seed, Series A and Series B funding rounds.
 
Marty is an authentic leader who develops modern corporate cultures that prioritise integrity, communication and growth. He has a combined Arts/Laws degree from University of Queensland, an MBA from Macquarie University and is a former Australian Young Manager of the Year.

Peter Long

Peter is an accomplished technical leader and business owner with experience in building, mentoring and growing great software teams across multiple market segments and a variety of applications. As a CTO, VP and digital director of internationally successful software businesses, he has a passion for applications and data that enables customers to be more successful.

In his role as director of digital solutions at AECOM, Peter lead a team of software developers to create a digital platform to bring companies, government and the public together in a collaborative environment to streamline new project and EIS processes.

Previously Peter was Vice President, Software Development, for Adaptive Insights Inc (later acquired by Workday in 2018). During his time with Adaptive Peter was co-inventor on 2 US patents relating to data manipulation and visualisations. Prior to Adaptive Insights, Peter was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of myDIALS Inc, a software company designed to produce SaaS business intelligence applications to improve company performance. He was a member of the Board of Directors and also the Managing Director of the Australian subsidiary, myDIALS Pty Ltd.

Earlier, Peter was the business manager for a new software business unit within Citect Corporation (later acquired by Schneider Electric SE in 2006.) that developed an MES solution that was implemented by major corporations around the world.
