OpsAdvisor now integrates the data based performance with the assessed capability to bring a truly integrated understanding of the current state of the business in making making recommendations for improvement.

Whether it is performing a capability assessment, generating a recommendation or analysing the current performance of a metric, OpsAdvisor is more aware than ever about the business.

Performance Dashboard

The success of the performance charts and KPI driver tree functionality led to the request to have a default performance management dashboard. When you build a KPI driver tree into OpsAdvisor it will automatically take the top level KPI’s and build a default dashboard, and start you there when you log in.

Further if you have a performance dashboard where you have had OpsAdvisor analyse performance, OpsAdvisor will welcome you with suggestions on where to focus your attention based upon the performance currently showing in the dashboard.

Advisors

Building on the success of our Domain Experts, where we encode the real life expertise of people with deep expertise in a particular domain, there was a desire to also bring the Advisor expertise of deep business experts across all elements of the business.

Advisors are now also selectable from the list of available Advisors. For our first advisor we have sat down with Mike and encoded his expertise in management and improvement and his advisor is avaialble for free.
